Stuck on World Generation
With Real Ruins added my game gets stuck on the initial World Generation at game start

I have the same problem.

Edit: Deleting the mod config (Mod_1552146295_RealRuins_Mod.xml) fixed the issue.

You can find it here: "C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon\Rimworld\Config"
To navigate there faster, you can use the shortcut "win-r" and paste in "%localappdata%low", then press "enter". Then you can get to the folder normally.
