The chance of find "Vanometric powercells" is incredibly HIGH
I believe this is because people did find those in their games, so other find them too, so it scaled quickly, nowadays find them in real ruin maps isn't hard.

The problem is in overall game economic. Most of unique quest items like vanometric power cell are extremely rare, but also unreasonably cheap, which doesn't make any sense.
Would you ever sell resurrection serum or infinite power source at a price of two month supply of potatoes?

i got a vanometric powercell once from this mod. i deleted the colony when i got more mods.
