improvements
while i'm starting new discussions with lot of devs through the process of updating their mods to 1.1 and problems that that involve, I, sometimes like to give my thanks and useless opinions. so there it is !

First, i want to thanks for this mod which help a lot builders in the late-game. However, even if i like high-end / lategame solutions for late game problems, i dont like them to be cheaty.
You already made a hardcore version of this mod but it is just nerfing the main purpose of this mod without any real role play reason.
instead i would suggest few changes to how this mod could fit better in high end colonies.

This would be high end technology. it would perfectly make sense on the far right of the research screen. requiering Deep drilling and Ground penetrating scanner
It would be more a "Automated Drilling Process" involving nano bots that go through the ground to gather materials and put it inside some kind of elevator to the surface.
it would necessite advanced components (like 2) and components (like 5)

ressources might be necessiting further researchs to be unlocked

Mines should requiere power to work, like 1000-2000W and generate heat (requiering active cooling) which could even be actively managed to achieve higher yield/speed or some kind of eco-mod (low power but low yield).
i wouldn't touch on how much work is needed to get a batch

i'm well aware that users that look for this mods are not seeking thoses kind of drawback but that's the only of my 100+ mod that make me feel cheat in my 3 years + colony

once again, thanks for this mod that allow me to achieve a marvellous base and a fully featured ship on Save Our Ships 2 (that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ walls need a component and plasteel to be built !!!)

Thank you for your feedback!
Your ideas are very interesting, something I myself would like to see in this mod. However, my possibilities are very limited, as I am not a programmer. But something I really can do. But I can’t say what specific ideas I can implement in the near future.
