If you are having either of these problems, it is because of the old Endsieg mod. To solve this problem, follow the steps below:
1. Check if you are still subscribed here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=962742350
2. And if so, unsubscribe.
Subscribe to the new mod and your problem should be solved. If it still says 1.4.1 or "Outdated", go to step 3. Otherwise you can ignore the following steps.

3. Got to your Steam Workshop folder. Usually this path looks like this:
C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\workshop\content\394360
4. Delete this folder: 962742350. This is the OLD Endsieg mod, not the new one. Deleting this folder will not harm your HOI4 in any way.

If you think you did something wrong and changed something in your gamefiles, launch steam, go to Library/Games, and right click on HOI4. Click properties, navigate to Local Files, and click Verify Integrity of Game Files. If you have done anything to the game files this will fix it for you.
