In January 1919, Karl Liebknecht and Rosa Luxemburg led the spartacus uprising. Over the next few months, not only bavaria, but all German cities rose up and established city wide soviet republics. Problem is, this happened one at a time. I.e. the conservative Freikorps marched to one city, put it down in mass murder, and marched to the next once one was declared after the previous soviet city had been put down. This happened from about January to March.

It would be really cool if a Free Socialist Republic (Karl Liebknechts name for it) could be made, and the bavarian socialist republic integrated into it. There could be events like the november revolution, the 1918 christmas action, January 5th's Spartacus Uprising, and the event option could make the Spartacus Uprising succeed, or fail like irl.

The Free Socialist Republic would be Leninist.
