Report a translation problem
Some of that skills are that one you ''pull'' enemies towards you, and the other do the opposite; you ''push'' enemies away from you. I can send you pictures if explanation wasn't clear enough.

Tried it right now, with updated mods, and no more random characters. Seems to be working correctly now. Thank you for your hard work.

Edit: Seems you might have fixed it, picture is from last weekend. Since you've updated, I'll load my save with the up to date mod and see if the range is still affected, and will edit this again.
We had the same problem with the Umbra class before DE came out.
So weird, might be us? Just reporting it.
I also notice this problem
Regarding the Waters of Life issue, the skill functions the same as the original Healing Tears. This likely means that there could be an issue with the code for Healing Tears and Flaming Tongues (the other type of this skill for Pyrokinetic).
I'll take a look and if the issue lies with the underlying code, I can rework Waters of Life into an Aura status, meaning it will serve the same function without the issue.
