Bots not going through doors

Ive been having problems with the bots not going through any doors, automatic or not. I noticed when my mining bot would never mine, so I tried placing it outdoors and it then would go mine. I have an extensive modlist so I wonder if there are any reported mods that could cause this and how to fix it.
