Server looping. Game started, game finished,...Loop

Hello, I downloaded the files from github and packed to pbo. Then I placed it to mpmissions and set in server.cfg as template DynamicBulwarks.Altis. I start withmod Zombies an Demons. But server is looping with game started,... Game finished,... what is wrong ?
