Thank you for your report. I will look into this. Haven't really tested the work light on the tek roof tbh. I think i have to change the model a bit(make it a little bit thicker), because of the inconsistency of the diiferent roof colliders. The light snaps ok on the wooden roof, if i offset the lamp to much, there will be a gap when placing on wood.

Well, I've found a bit of doozy. I can't really pin point what causes it, but it only happens on a dedicated server.

Moving outside of the draw distance of a light will cause the settings on it to reset. I tried on Single player with no other mods installed, and it wouldn't happen. Then I tried on Single player with about 25 other mods, and it still wouldn't happen. Moved back to the dedicated server, and then it happens.

Yeah, real strange one there. Probably a very specific server setting that the lights don't like, but I can't imagine what it could be.

I'll see if I can make a fresh map on my server with no other mods and no altered settings to see if it still happens on a server. Sounds like this one might be way too much trouble to figure out though. :P

EDIT: Alright. I created a fresh new map with absolutely no other mods, and no altered setting, and it happens on that map, too... I guess the lights just don't like private servers. Or perhaps just not mine in particular. Hehe.

Thank you for your report. This will be fixed in the next update. The settings of the lamp don't get synced with the server. They are set only client side atm. I hope the update will be out on friday.

Really? Ah that's wonderful news! Glad it wasn't just me. Nicely done. :)

I found on my Server a bug, but i don't know, is it only on my server. When i change all lights zu lowest, and i go away from my base. When i return to the base, all lights are not on lowest, there are all have switch back to medium. I tested it again, change all to lowest lights, go away from Base, came return and all lights are back to medium.

Thank you for your report. Yes, i added this problem to the known bugs at the bottom of the description. I already figured it out and a new version would be ready to publish, but i don't want to put out two updates a day. This whole networking stuff is new to me and i learn a lot every day. The new update will be released this night, or tommorow morning at gmt. :steamhappy:

Then it is not only a problem on my servers. So i look forward to the update, thank you.

I have a problem with the camp lamp, it turns off after about 10 seconds, i havn't had the resources to craft the other types so i don't know if the others have the same problem, i'm playing on single with other mods installed but none that affect lighting or electricity

EDIT* NVM sorry i just noticed the light sensor is on by default sorry

I really love the chandelier and settings of this mod and the way it works with all the options. Thank you for making it! But I am having a problem since the update yesterday. The settings aren't working properly for me. The lights are stuck on one setting for intensity, radius, and color strength, and do not change when the settings for them are changed. I thought maybe I have a confliction with other mods I use, so I took them all out, but still had the same problem.

Thank you for your report. It would be nice, if you could answer some questions. Do you play on a server or singleplayer? Are all lamps effected by this? Are new placed lamps also effected? Where you able to change any setting at all after the update, or did they just do nothing from the beginning? Is the lightsensor setting also effected?

The mod is 100% clean and stackable. And i have a feeling, that this is kind of a rare bug. Because you are the only one reporting this.

I will look into this asap :D

Edit: I think i found the issue. The update will be out this night, or tommorow mornig at gmt.

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Thrilled that the issue may be solved. I look forward to the update. Do you still need the answers to the questions you asked? ^^;

I don't need the answer anymore, thank you.

I dont know if its a bug with the mod or the game. But I logged into singleplayer and all my lights were gone including the workbench. Couldnt even find it in engrams. The mod was still in my mod list so idk what happened

Thank you for your report. Unfortunatly, i wasn't able to recreate this bug. I testet two older singleplayer saves of mine (The Island and Ragnarok) and everthing was working as intended.
Can you please tell me the map you're trying to load and the active mods?

You could start your singleplayer world without the mod first and then restart with it activated again.
