In a run where I became UC Ally and started attracting Holy Assaults, one of the normal "Holy Assault" events had High Inquisitor Seta as the warleader.

After the fight, his unconscious self was tagged with the normal 40k cat bounty for UC and Shek. I turned him in at Stoat, got the correct reaction from the Police Chief as well as the full 40k bounty and -50 rep hit with HN. Townies began commenting to the effect of "did you hear about Seta?"

Shortly thereafter, a Wrath of God event spawned (the first one I've seen in this game). When it arrived, it was High Inquisitor Seta - and, oddly, ONLY High Inquisitor Seta. No troops anywhere in sight.

I notice some weirdness in the assault spawners - namely, that both Valtena and Seta are both in the "special leader" field for both conditions, for some reason. Since there are two diferent triggers/checks this seems weird, shouldn't "Valtena Alive" only list Valtena as "Special Leader" and only Seta be listed as leader for the Seta Live assault...? Not sure what's gained by listing both in both?

Also I see a lot of checks using either "IS alive == 1" or "IS NOT alive == 0," there doesn't seem to be any checks I can find for the "2" state, which is Imprisoned, which I assume is what he was once I turned him over to the UC.

So, since he isn't dead, it looks like he's being chosen to lead the Wrath of God event that follows the capture of a High Inquisitor - since he's one of the two listed valid options and is technically not dead. I guess?
