Pawns wont work Resource console

If I set a pawn to just work the Resource Console in their jobs they'd rather "Wander" on idle than work the console despite the system working. I know it works because when I set them to prioritize the console it all runs until they stop doing it 2 seconds later and go back to wandering

I'm getting the same issue. I have them set to do nothing else but resource, and they're still wandering around like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ after doing about 4 seconds of work at the console.
