Had to post this here bc it was too long for comment section
First off, overall this mod is brilliant and we all owe you a huge debt of gratitude for creating and maintaining it. Second, sorry I came off like I was trashing it - I had just been super frustrated trying to figure out the minors screen, then I gave the city screen a quick look and didn't see that checkbox (consider making that unchecked by default if it isn't).
As far as the minors screen, for some reason I ended up looking at the screen with both bottom boxes unchecked (not sure if it's defaulted that way, I can't recall) and I was seeing yields for city-states that weren't even in the game, let alone hadn't met. As you may know, the game will show yields for city-states you haven't met yet. Stranger still, sometimes I see yields for 1 envoy or 3 envoys even though I haven't met them yet. It's just odd that it's inconsistent - there are yields only for some city-states, and sometimes yields for 1 envoy sometimes yields for 3.
In my current game, I have 1 envoy at Vilnius, but I've got a yield also showing in the 3 Envoy column (even though there is a 0 for number of CS I've got 3 envoys with). Also, while I show +2 culture in the envoy part of the column, under the CS part of the column it shows me Vilnius earning +3. I currently don't have anything that would give a bonus to culture yield (including no congress proposals).
Looking at the screen I also notice a minor thing - I have +4 at a science CS but it shows 3.9 next to the actual suzerain. That's probably not under your control.
As far as the "visual nightmare" (which I regret), the screen is just extremely confusing.
The main problem is you've got the yield based on the number of envoys, and the yield for each city state in the same column. The brain sort of expects it to tally like a spread sheet but instead your double counting the data by showing it in two different ways. I'd like to see just see the yield and the total. If you want to show the data in a different way it should be separated. Really what i want to see from that screen is what the other screen doesn't show - how much total gold, culture, etc based on the number of buildings I have (plus any bonuses would be a plus) It would also be nice just to see the active suzerain bonus summarized somewhere
There are just a bunch of tiny design choices that make it harder than necessary to understand (but we can't expect you to be a good coder and be good at visual design ;)
- the use of checkmarks in the yield screen
- the fact that the suzerian check is the least obvious
- honestly its too hard to go in to all of it, and in some cases, I don't know if you presented the data the way you did out of intention or expediency.
Also, is the bonus for Earth Goddess in the beliefs section correct? Because that's insane yield and a no brainer if it's correct.
If you're looking for recommendations for additions, I'd love to see the length of time left on promises if that's possible.
Sorry this post is borderline incoherent. I just stream of conciousness-ed it.
Thanks for all you've done! - MD
I posted a short explaination on how to read Minors tab. I hope this will clarify for you all quirks.
4 vs. 3.9 - these are typical rounding issues. UI and game engine are inconsitent in many cases. In BRS i basically try to always use standard rounding rules e.g. 0.5 and more is rounded up.
Checkboxes - all of them are set by default to show most useful data. Yields details are turned off by default because this tab is quickly becoming HUGE. The tabs remember the setting during the game, so you can set it the way you like it.
Earth Goddess - I already explained couple of times that Beliefs show the maximum possible yield. It is intended to help choose a pantheon, so it shows a potential. The modifier is attached to city plots and doesn't know if the plot is worked or not. It is possible to implement a filter but I won't do it because it is really complex and the value doesn't justify work imho.
EDIT: I think the new wonders are to blame. booted a game with all my usual mods, including this and Real TT and it worked fine. Still weird that with those enabled, disabling this "fixes" things.
EDIT 2: Got it. It's 3 mods: This one, Real Tech Tree and any of the new community wonders. When the 3 are enabled (and no other mod) the Statue of Liberty text changes to the RF one. Disable any one of these 3 and the text fixes. It only happens with these 3 mods at once.

BRS Unit screen gets bugged out, after I build Military Operation Command Center (Tier 4 building within Government Plaza, in JNR's Government Plaza Expansion, 1684556488) the Unit screen gets un-responsive, and not showing all the units. Other functions within BRS seems to work well.
I can't see anything strange in the log files, but this is not my expertise. I did run a clean test run from Speed Internet, Age Information, with BRS, Government Plaza Expansion and Sparrow's Cheat Menu Panel (R&F - GS), just to quickly arrive to the point where I could build this building. So I have that complete Log-folder in a zip file if it could interest you.
Now that I know about that bug, I can play without that building. So for me, it's not a big deal.
I tried to look for this "function without name", but I can't see any errors in the logs, pointing me to it.
Thank you for your hard work.
