You can summon in purple, blue, yellow, or red OSD, which is their difficulty.
There is also an option in the spawner's settings to apply a multiplier to the level of corrupt dinos that spawn.
I was looking for answers to a different question and saw your thread, thought I would reply even though its kind of old at this point.
The multiplier exists in the the loot spawner. However it does not exist in (or I could not find) it in the Summoner which was going to be our preferred method of spawning them in.
You can set the level (color/size). But you cannot modify the difficulty. Which is what I was looking to do.
