Maybe you can just Remove that limitation on the Custom Spawner,
like an option on the menu to switch from the "cheat spawndino" to "cheat summon" mode?
This is how you can do it without the "cheat summon":

I have been working on implementing the loot crate feature but will also think about the aberration stuctures.
the cheat spawnactor works ok but stuff get deleted on server restart, but for a public place is ok.
I put wild plant Z on the shop so player dinos get heal while they buy on the shop.
