Increase natural aptitude

Is there any way to increase natural aptitude without using comsole (with legal in-game methods like ops reward and etc)?

Doesn't look like it. Though I would love to see Musashi add a covert op similar to "Increase Combat Intelligence" that improves natural aptitude instead.
