Two Strange Bugs
I've found two unusual bugs with this as it seems to cause quite a few issues.

First, is the issue in limited selections of the civs I can play as. It limits me to only being able to choose for the AI, India, Japan, America and England. (And Random), I can't choose any others.

As well, when I'm in the game it drops culture from 50 to 15 for the starting point. Is there an explanation for this? Or is this all intentional?

Make that THREE Strange Bugs! After crashing this mod does not appear in the mod menu, even after uninstalling and reinstalling and I think it's a disgrace. This mod is fantastic—some even say one of the *best* mods ever made—and it's a shame this issue continues. Looking forward to some SMART solutions! #help
