Commando Perks
Loadout:
Assault Rifle
Combat Knife

Squaddie Perks:
Charge! - Move next to an enemy and attack them with the combat knife.
Flanker - +1 DMG on Flanks.
Fleet Foot - +1 Mobility.

Infighter Tree:
Implacable - Any kill scored on this turn grants a single bonus move action.
Combatives - +10 Dodge and can parry enemy melee attacks.
Sidearm Specialist - +1 dmg and +10 accuracy with melee weapons.
Hip Fire - A free rifle shot but at an aim penalty. (has cooldown)
Hunters Instincts - +1 dmg against flanked enemies and +10% melee crit chance.
Rush! - Move next to an enemy and attack them with the knife. Is a free action. (replaces charge! attack)

Ranger Tree:
Deadshot - +10^ Crit Chance.
Stick & Move - +2 Mobility & +5 Defense.
Run & Gun - Can take an action after dashing.
Rapid Fire - Take 2 shots at an enemy, both with aim penalties.
Conceal & Carry - Soldier will start missions concealed, remain concealed when squad breaks concealment, can reconceal once per mission and gets a -40% detection bonus.
Hide - Soldier can reconceal at anytime, has a cooldown.

Rifleman Tree:
Total Combat - Grenades and certain items can now be used for 1 action point and dont end the turn.
Sharpshooter Aim - +20 Aim on next turn when hunker down is used.
Flash Pouch - +1 Flash grenade per flash grenade equipped.
Walk Fire - A shot with an aim bonus but a crit penalty.
Deep Cover - If all actions are moves or overwatch then auto hunker down.
Fire at Will - Fire at all enemies until the unit runs out of ammo.

GTS:
Shake It Off - +25 Dodge.
