Kibble bait and prime meat bait doesnt work on basilo

Title, also the raw fish meat bait is broken, unable to craft it.

Just tested and it takes them both just fine. It may be something in game that's preventing it, such as aggro or its depth checks.

As for the fish baits, it's down to your stacking mod. It's the first Q on the Q&A of the mod description and there's a separate discussion with additional info.
