Loss of skills

Out of nowhere all my colonists who could use magic lost that ability and the magic panel to level up also disappeared and I was trying to load saved games but they didn't have their skills there either and the magic panel to level up their skills didn't appear either.

I'm experiencing the same issue.
Does anyone know of any mods that might be causing a conflict?
