Fog of Torment does not count as "Colony damage"
I notice a balancing issue with the Fog of Torment from the Necromancer class. If you use it on friendly pawns (traders for example) it does not cause them to become hostile. This can allow you to wipe out a group of traders if you block their retreat, without any major diplomatic consequences (you still get a negative if all of the pawns go down as the trade group "went missing") Not sure if there is a way to code the fog damage to be connected to the caster or not.
