The rings of elemental ice/fire/lightning that are sometimes equipped by arcane item collectors seem pretty interesting, since any pawn can use them (without needing a class/mana). Would it be possible to make those accessible to players, maybe in the late game since they're a little op?

Possible bug?? --> I tried to recruit a pawn from the trading group with a fire ring, but once he switched to my colony the ring disappeared from his gear. Not sure if it's a true bug since it doesn't disappear when recruited with dev mode
