Making own personal adjustment super soldier

New to modding and just wanted to change a few tables for my own personal use. I am trying to adjust Super soldiers RifleSpec. I wanted to adjust the stats so your damage goes up a little more. But for life of me I can't find file I need to edit. I found TM_RifleSpec_Base in abilitydefs but no numbers that I can adjust.
