sorry for the translation (I'm French)

1st:
When I start a game with a pawn that has a trait e.g. "Lich"
either he has no skills or the lich effect, and it's the same with other classes.
Plus I can't learn the skills from the books

2nd:
During a game the pawns learn random skills on their own, how can this option be deactivated.

Problem Solved, just save and reload the game.

But now I have another problem XD
my 30th pawn refuses to sleep in a bed
