The Sorcerbees is a great idea, but there's already a spell called "Fertile Lands" or something. It's a spell for the druid that can only be learned through a scroll.
Combining the two together, alongside normal fertile soil, and you stop caring about growth times. That can result in some really op shenanigans, so it's probably not going in the mod because of another spell within the mod.
Again, I personally think it is a great idea, but this mod needs to keep balance... It should not get rid of important management aspects within the game
2) For future reference, the minor spells are called "cantrips"
Also, its good to know how to refer to them now, I have been a DM for a long time, and Cantrip would have been my first choice for the term used for minor spells, I just didn't know it Torann referred to it in that way.
Conjure Spectral Steed: A spell that allows a summoner to call fourth a spectral horse. This animal is tireless, needs no food, water, or sleep. While the beast is trained to follow its master, it will not fight, additionally it moves 30% faster than an ordinary horse. It can carry supplies if it is in a caravan, but no more than an ordinary horse would.
This spell can only be learned by the Summoner, Priest, or Paladin class (a D&D reference), and it can only be cast once per person. It cuts the casters mana cap in half until the horse is dismissed, making it a massive nerf to just have it summoned constantly, only really use it for caravans. (Or distant construction work if you use Giddy Up!)
If anyone else is around I would like to hear what you want as cantrips/spell scrolls for your pawns! Even if these don't get implemented I am interested.
Also i did not see any spell that work the other way around from fertile lands. meaning something like pertify land. making it more and more stonelike. maybe even ad a new resource in this way, petrified wood
Kinda wish they had a spell that animates a tree. I love ents.
for a none druid sugestion, i miss the clasical love spell. Its great for drama, cause the caster is not in love but his or her subject wil be head overheals. unless you give the spell to everyone and put it on auto cast. then its just a love cult.
Magic dual, it a counterpart of mentoring, but can be done with a bad relation thou pawn do can get hurt with it like in a social fight. but unlike social figthing they gaine some mutual respect for eachothers arcane powers after the dual.
Every once in a while your magic pawns decide to duel, and they head for your duel arena. Then have a few places set up for chairs, places for pawns to sit and watch the duel.
The winner of the duel could get a mood buff, while the loser could get a debuff of varying intensity (Depending on how much they dislike the person they fought) either way they both get a relationship boost called "Mutual Respect"
Everyone who watched the duel could get a small boost or a large boost in mood, depending on how evenly matched the duelists were. (A wrestling match where one guy is taken down in the first three seconds is still entertaining, but leaves the audience wanting for more carnage.)
You could have two different arenas, one built cheaply, a simple arena made with simple materials. Any pawns that duel within it have a higher chance of taking damage. And one built from gold, jade, stone, and magicite. Which is warded with safety wards, making the duelists take less physical trauma from the duel.
let mages cast spells while engaged in melee without being interrupted or something
got the idea from realm of the mad god and it would be great imo
