Children can not become mages but can be inspired
So I just had a child in the new DLC biotech. The child was born magically gifted. The child became inspired to become a fire mage but I can't perform the ascension ritual. So, either children aren't allowed to become mages and this is a glitch due to magically gifted trait, or something else. https://gist.github.com/b859ec8fd508ab8dcb19d36cf33b9842
