I just had this nightmare about a class/hostile event.

A wild cursed pawn appearing on the map roaming or directly hostile.
While roaming or attacking, he/she would interact socialy with any of player pawn, like if it was in range of any of them. Here could be inserted all sort of tragic, terrifying quote (from movie or whatever) Like those of Roy Batty for example.

The pawn would not eat or sleep (optional). Extremely strong unarmed melee fighter, maybe around 25 mitigation on any damage, and +25 to melee damage. The sickness would be very likely to force the pawn to become hostile at any time.
Pawn has a class and a sickness. Sickness that spread with any damage done to any gifted pawn and magic (and physical) class. The sickness would turn ,instantly or in few day, the player pawn hostile becoming this same cursed class. Also thinking of a range aoe attack like the spellthief one that would spread the disease with damage for an obsolute catastrophic effect.

It could be cure with highter ranked cure disease (erasing the class and sickness) or being put asleep with lullaby and maybe try to be cured with medecine. But again if awake it could attack again instantly.

A good way to handle would be to fight him/her with basic pawn and animal.

I like this concept because sickness are always fairly threatening even with fully stuffed mage, because of cooldown or mana requirement. And the solution are magic or no magic at all. It also put the monk in a specific position during this event. Because Touch of death or Serenity would be key to deal with this event. It's the opposite/nemesis of the monk.

That's it. It's kind of the Cthulu, vampire, werewolf of Rimworld of Magic.
