Mage Form Desired

I can't seem to figure out how to satisfy the mage form desire...
The game tells me what to do: 25 tiles, no beds, no work facilities.
Except I've done that. I have a room that is exactly 25 with no beds or facilities.
Can someone help me out?

Assuming Mage Form is your ritual room, you need a ritual spot or an altar of your ideoligion
