A small suggestion :l really wish the debuff of classes will decrease ,this balance is too bad for small base such as 6-8 pawn. In this situation one pawn usually do several kinds of job. The work and learing debuff have a great negative impact on small base while big base can cope with it easily. By the way ,this matter also make player more likely use edb prepare carefully mod to have a classes at beganning because the classes is ramdomly and obtainning classes by trade is critical because high wealth will bring attack and make bad end of game at the beganning.
