What is Drained Of Spirit?

I got a Psionic guy and after a mechanoid battle he was walking back and i saw he had a brain injury called Drained Of Spirit that gives a 80% efficient brain. What caused it and how do i fix it?

Drained of spirit is just like any other permanent injury, you can take luciferum or heal the injury with purify, or use other medical technologies that remove permanent injuries.
Very few attacks apply spirit damage, though Death Knights have several attacks with that damage type.
