Had a colony for a while now and one of the colonists has the Shadow trait. the colonist was fine until recently when the new update happened and suddenly this pawn has all the brightmage abilities even spirit of light yet doesn't have the trait or light level stat. seemed a bit overpowered so i tried to remove them but i haven't been able to yet.
