Infinitely Hungry Vampires

The mod says that they use one point of blood each day, but every time my vampire wakes up he loses almost all of his vitae and starts drinking my colonists' blood. It goes from 10 to 4 in an instant.

I tried the vampire scenario AND starting with the crashlanded scenario and creating a vampire with dev tools, both several times. I even disabled everything except for Core, Jecstools and Rim of Madness - Vampires. The mod is simply broken
