Vamps dont have the powers from vampire type
Config error in ROM_Vampire: TraitDef ROM_Vampire has 0 commonality.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it. I have JecsTools and HigsLib or whatever. The powers that are special between the different classes of vampire are just not there, either that or i dont know how to find them because theyre not on the bar.

go to the character page and somewhere near top should be a little icon, click it and choose your lvl up
