Hello, I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or if this is intentional, but I just got done with a Festus the LeechLord campaign and all of the other "bad" aligned factions, such as the various Orc and Vampire factions nearby, constantly had a negative modifier on their attitude towards me because of my "alliance" with the various human factions I had beaten and Subjugated. No matter how much I gave them as far as gifts or trade agreements or anything else I gave them they always ended up breaking any non-aggression pacts or anything else because they had that permanent debuff from my "alliances". I don't believe subjugated factions should count as a friendly alliance in reference to other faction's opinions of me, or alternatively it should count as a negative attitude modifier to other factions my subjugated factions would have been friendly with.

In addition my Subjugated factions would quite frequently choose not to join any wars because they had a positive attitude towards the faction that declared war on me. IDK if this is intentional or not and its way less of a deal than the above, but it would make more sense to me if they couldn't refuse to join a war because they have been "subjugated" by Festus and ostensibly wouldn't have a choice in the matter. It happened to be helpful when the other factions that should have been my allies declared war on me because they didn't like those factions so they were fine with THOSE wars, but it still makes less sense to me.
