Ive subscribed to the grimhammer mod.. however. The warhammer menu has not changed

You need to enable it in the mod launcher before starting the game

Yh its enabled says modded in the top right corner but no menu changes

this is happening to me too. I thought maybe there was a bug. It was working as normal after installing nagash mod, now it isnt "on" even when its the only mod turned on
