Brief look at WE Post-Battle Loot calculations
WE Talsyn on VH, Turn 5 Beastman stack attacking The Oak of Ages + 3 lords.

Post-battle loot:
517 base
1667 (!) master of supplies (+25% loot in region) in region
2817 (!) master of supplies and master of drums (+25% loot in region)
3047 1 of 3 lords in the fight also has 3 points in Wonders of the Forest (supposedly +20% post loot)
3277 2 of 3
3507 3 of 3

8% increase with each extra lord with supposed +20% to loot (3 skill points invested each)
5.45x with masters of supplies and master drums in region (3.22x with one of them)
Or rather +1150, +2300, +230, +230, +230 to base.

So I suggest manning those two officer posts ASAP! The post loot lord skills on the way towards Lightning Strike are far less impressive (not +20%, but at least each is additive +10% or in real terms 8%).
