Create new catagories?

So I have quite a bit of cosmetic mods and was wondering how I could go about creating categories on the side for them for greater control? If you just point me at the file/line number I can probably figure it out myself

Bump to this. Having a similar issue; I've over-bloated myself and am also looking for ways to tone it down with new categories. Anyone have any solution for that?
