How To Steal Artifacts

I'm totally lost on how to steal them. I don't know how to get accomplices. Thoughts?

Hello there I don't get notifications for discussion posts sorry.
The easiest accomplices to get are your Marshal and Spymaster. Just make sure they're not incapable or imprisoned.
