Empire of the Hand lack of heroes
I thought it was worth mentioning that Empire of the Hand has no administrators and still less heroes than other groups as well as not being part of the random hero event chances or integration. Its a bit crazy to not be talking about this because it makes them feel in a really under powered and disconnected from a lot of the motivation to progress forward in the galaxy. It may be accurate lore wise but it still feels incredibly off.

The EOTH is going to get fleshed out more along with the Chiss Ascendency and other unknown regions groups, with those being used for the EOTH's government mechanics. Like how the Imperials interact with each other via legitimacy, but there aren't many precise details at this point on how it'll work.

Most of the "minor" non-warlord factions have this same issue. CSA has the same problem, as does hapans. Everything they can get is just what they start with for the most part. Makes them kind of bland to play for longer games, best enjoyed on very small maps. I know EotH is getting a bit of rework in the next update at least.
