Leona Tavira does come in for the GM on a progressive GC, just have to make sure to keep GM alive and not wasting their heores, AI loves to suicide heroes. As far as the others I would need to take another look at the progressive GC's but am currently taking a break from TR. Trying to make edits to the files and fix what I see as stupid decisions by the dev team.

After taking a look at the spawn sets, all the heroes you have mentioned due come in at the era's you mentioned in the progressive gc's. To find the spawn sets you got to steamapps/workshop/content/32470/1125571106/data/scripts/library/eawx-mod-icw/spawn-sets

I've noticed before that certain heroes, Leona Tavira for example, do spawn in at certain eras even in an ongoing game. But at least prior to 3.3 playing as PA, I've never noticed Coross spawning in for me - Is that a new addition with the latest patch?
