I don't think Rothana as a planet exists in this mod? I can't find it in the planets documents. But wouldn't Rothana just be another KDY subsidiary by the time of the Civil War?

Venators and Victory Star Destroyers only require a L2 shipyard in ICW so a L2 limit is perfectly sufficient for Rothana. FotR might be different but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it!

I feel it be a good planet to get a discount on ground vechiles both other then the Acclamator there isn't really any ships in Thrawns Revenge that were made by our beloved Rothana Heavy Engineering as even the Venator was made mainly by Kuat Drive Yards themselfs however I will admit it would make my day seeing planets like Rishi,Kamino and Rothana in the mod as even though they don't really have much going on during the time of Thrawns Revenge it could be a point of interest for both the New Republic and Eradiu Authority to focus on down south so it could be like Mandlore where it's a neutral fleet which you can take out but also perhapse it could be a world where someone like NR would want so they could have a chance to steal some clone wars era types ships like the Venator and Acclmator and of coarse all the Warlord and IR would be able to actually get RHE for cheaper vechiles which I feel the Pentastar Allignment are Greater Maldrood in particually might fancy but of corse like of like how Carida is far away from the CSA the same situation would apply for those two factions.

In general though even though I'd think it spice up the south and made the South East part of the map much more interesting it's very unlikely to be in Thrawns Revenge but at least well be getting it in Fall of the Republic which I am looking forward to playing the heck out of.

Also in AOTR Rothana already gives you discounts on Acclamator 2's as both Black Sun and Empire while also giving you cheaper AT-AP's,IDT's,SPMA-T's,Saber tanks and the M2-repulser tank but for balance purpose it starts in control of the Rebellion cause Kota's forces start around Kamino but it's one of those worlds like Korraban where techinally the Empire would benifit more from having the planet but on the other hand if you've already made it to around Korrban you've probably taken over 90% of the galaxy already just due to the risk of trying to snake your way to a certain planet without fully securing the surronding area.

That's not even mentioning the time it would take to develop the infastructure of those worlds before both the Black Sun and Rebels decide to use there stealth units to try and take back some of those worlds and interupt your production.
