Before you post anything: It is well known that at the beggining of a game, there is no exre resources on the map. This is part of the july 13 update. Just unpause the game and after 1 in-game hour, all the resources will spawn. This happens because instead of adding the resources directly, EXRE now uses on_actions to spawn the resources. This makes the mod more compatible with other mods, and also prevents it from breaking cuz Paradox adding new states again :P. Production updates daily, so this doesn't affect anything.

Known issues:

The titles on the tech tree doesn't appear above their respective trees correctly on resolutions that aren't 1366x768
