Rather than "Slash and Burn Policy" name the idea "Russian Scorched Earth Policy", as Scorched earth is the military term for it.

Can you give the USA "The Giant has Woken" which gives increased military factory and infrastructure construction speed, decreased production cost, and increased resource production.
Also, can you give an end date for the Dust Bowl, like sometime in 1940?

Can you add a way to get rid of the british national spirit or at least remove the negative pp since that skewers any fun for the UK
