Removed Feature?
Bug.0.0.5.4: Notifications can significantly add to start of turn lag (recorded over 67 seconds for displaying them)
Fix.0.0.5.4: Removed redundant notification refreshes going on, reduced the time from 67 seconds to 20 ms in the test save I was using.

Has this feature been removed, or am i missing something.

I started a new playthrough to test a claim in the official MoO docs (that allegdly causes the turn slowdown in late-game). Around Turn 200-250 i noticed a significant slowdown of next turn.

However (as stated at the beginning of this post) i noticed a bugfix in UCP and was wondering if this feautre ware removed, or altered, or if there is configuration param where i can add notifications i do NOT want to see anymre?

(planet growth, max population reached, xxx finished, yyy next in queue, ...)

That particular fix doesn't change notifications shown, just changes how they are processed. There are some configs for reducing the number of notifications in the local UCP mod's Globals.yaml. See the following from the readme:
:::: 4.3.9: Backend.Settlements.NotificationReduction

ON_TURN: 99999 (Default) or N (0 = on from start or 99999 = disable)
Before this specified turn all notifications will be reported.

POLLUTION_WARNING_ON_TURN: 5 (Default) or N (99999 = disable)
Just makes the default number of turns to start complaining about high pollution configurable.

FOOD_WARNING_ON_TURN: 5 (Default) or N (99999 = disable)
Controls the new colony starvation notification. Sets the number of turns to start complaining about low food stores.

NOTIFY_ON_COMPLETION: <List>
List of structures to always notify on
Note that this feature is disabled by default but enabled if you use 5XCPC.

Ah, ok i misunderstood the description then.

i did find the values in the globals.yaml however ithought her might be an option to add notifications that one does not want to see.

My next turn processing starts with the one enemy, then my stuff, then the game freezes for a few minuts and suddenly reacts again by dispalying the notifications ... Sounds exactly like the bug described to be fixed in 0.0.5.4
Then again i can note verify how long a turn would take without UPC isntalled.
