Is there area of the mod to add like a interface so you can buff certain countries like you already can do in base vanilla?
I just wanted the penguin country to get more buffed, because I love penguins but they have such huge disadvantage and being right next to countries the AI in them tries to attack everyone, it kind of ruins the fun of playing these small countries, is there location that you know can be possible to add the interface to buff certain countries while nerfing some countries?

All of Equestria at War broils down to one concept:

It would be pretty cool if you could make a country better. It would definitely fix the Equestria vs. Changeling Lands ragequit issue for me. All the debuffs that most of the other countries (apart from the Changeling Lands, of course) seem really unfair.

Yes. Yes, this is literally a thing you could always do in the mod. It's under "Game Options" when you're on the country selection screen. You can also set what Focus paths the AI will go down for many nations that do have a unique focus tree.

I don't really think the Changeling Lands are OP, considering they only beat Equestria once for me.
