Mithril Ore, Gelragarian and Orc Smithies upgrades bugged

We seem to be unable to upgrade any gears in the race smithies, we also can't find mithril ore from Crystal veins, HOWEVER, the map we are using to run the mod is Olympus, along with 11 other mods
These ones in particular:
