Grave Guardian Bug (possibly only single player)

Whenever a Grave Guardian spawns i can hear it anywhere on the map as if it was right in my ear. i have no clue whats causing it so hoping i can find help here.i know its the Grave Guardians because after finding them and killing them the noise stops.

Grave Guardian is not in this mod.
