ascent level 105 + ?
how to get more than LVL 105 without ascents ?
I have to start a new character on ragnarock do i have to change maps to increase my level or can a monster make me level up ?

You basically have to remap the experience per level settings in your game.ini file, such as:

LevelExperienceRampOverrides=(
ExperiencePointsForLevel[0]=1,
ExperiencePointsForLevel[1]=5,
...
ExperiencePointsForLevel[64]=1000)

You'll need to include 30 levels past what you want your level cap to be since those extra 30 constitute ascended levels.

What I recommend is doing a search for a specific level cap (such as 150) and hopefully you can find someone that has posted a sample game.ini configuration for that cap.
