For the 1.14.* Update
I created this mod on the No Step Back Patch. Calibrated the modifiers to work at that patch and work collaboratively with Expert AI mod.

However, it has been a long time since the last time I overhauled/calibrated the mod. New modifiers have been added with the new DLCs and patches, and some changes have happened.

Thus, even though I designed the mod to work with almost every other mod in the workshop without conflict (by not touching anything the base game has), the mod may not work as intended with the new state of the game and may need re-calibration.

Currently, I do not have any time to do such an overhaul. So;
  • The mod will work on almost every patch
  • The mod does what it is supposed to do
  • However, the modifiers you see may not be fair
  • Until I decide what to do (If I can, I will try to overhaul the mod again; If I can't, I will update its version only), you can use this mod on 1.13.* version even though it says it is not compatible.
What does this mod?
Adds decisions, missions, events, etc. AI gets increased buffs or decreased debuffs against players for all national spirits. Also, AI uses these decisions whenever it gets a chance.

Everything starts after the capitulation of France. You have the decision to start Operation Sealion (which gives you invasion bonuses), or you can have Husky and Neptune decisions for Allied forces. Overall, the mod aims to add flavor to the western front by adding important allied/axis operations after 1940.

Compatibility
I did not edit/change any vanilla game files in this mod, so it should be compatible with every mod. But there is one exception: I used vanilla state-id numbers in my decision modding. This state-id connection is important. So, be careful about using mods that change the whole state structure.

Example: Magna Europa Mod will be incompatible with this mod. Probably the decisions won't work properly if you try to use both of the mods. Because the states recognized by my decisions will be different if you use those mods changing state structure. (IF the mod does not change state id structure, it shouldn't be a problem)

UPDATED - 1.12.*

Did run a game until late 1942 as a minor irrelevant country. Observed. Didn't notice something unusual. So, the mod is okay, and still working properly.

@jasonromanos2205 can you try this:

- https://prnt.sc/20d94hr on your launcher -> all installed mods -> reload installed mods
- https://prnt.sc/20d953u also select the "Also clear out cached information and update from server" button
- And then, go to play sets and remove every mod. After that go to add mods section and add only "Barbarossa Decisions" & "Atlantic Decisions"
- After all of that, create a new save game file and choose any nation other than Britain, France, Germany and Italy (like a south american country)
- Run the game until France capitulates and watch it for like a 6 months. (Lets assume france has capitulated on 1940 may, run the game until 1940 december.

During the last phase, watch britain's national spirits; if you see any spirit called "Atlantic Front Decisions ..." that means the mod is working.

I hope this solves the issue, if not; let me know; I'll look into deeply

Just let a germany game run till 41 nothing happened . I do have the toolpack mod installed but i dont think that has anything to do with it cause barbarossa decisions work with it its just the atlantic ones. Everything is historical ideologies and everything france has capitulated but still am i doing something else wrong?

@jasonromanos2205 just give it a few month (in game time of course :D ) sometimes those triggers (doing the work in the backround) needs some time idk why. Run the game at least until 1940 august; and tell me if it is worked, okay?

i just started a new game as the UK again with the mods installed its May 1940 France has just capitulated and the decisions haven't shown up for me or when i tagged Germany. What do i do? I have repeatedly re downloaded the mod yet they still don't show up .
