Mansion TINA
You need to use the Ploppable RICO Mod by AJ3D to function as intended. Otherwise it's just a park/plaza that doesn't do anything.

The house is without trees and plants so I recommend to use More Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy (& Tree Anarchy) Mod by BloodyPenguin for decorating it.
