The decision doesnt show up for me too. Resubscribing doesnt fix it for me.

Interesting I also had issues with the PDX launcher. I would like to know if anyone else has any issues?

I have done some testing and it must have to do something with Paradoxs freaking Launcher.
When I Create a New Mod and copy the files there, the descision shows up.

But resubscribing doesnt fix my problem.

Odd, I just confirmed it works. Do you have waking the tiger DLC and are you playing with any other mods? It does not work with M Dawn mod.

The decision still works but it gives less resources.

Update this please to the newest patch. I will be glad to then try, rate & review this mod. Thank you if you do take the time to update this. I will check back.
